About Us

John and Judy Bergstrom moved their family to San Antonio, Texas in 1981 so that John could work for Green Keeper, a new and upcoming chemical lawn care company.   

In 1987, an opportunity presented itself for John to introduce Green Keeper to Arizona.  This was a pivotal opportunity for him to direct his visions of lawn and desert care in the Valley and introduce a suite of services tailored to southwest plants found in landscapes across the Phoenix Metro area.

John has some definite ideas about what has made him successful over the years which can be summed up in two words: customer service and quality.  When customers hire Green Keeper, they can count on a partnership dedicated to meeting their needs.

John received his M.S. in Plant Science from Utah State University, and is currently a member of PLANET, the Professional Landcare Network.  Green Keeper has also been a member of the Central/Northern Arizona Better Business Bureau since 1988. 

Green Keeper provides a family-owned feel in its growing Chandler, Arizona based business.  John believes it is important that customers understand that his company is about people.
